From concerts and sports to community celebrations, you’ll help keep the vibe high and the experience seamless for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with friendly, positive energy

• Keeping an eye on the venue and stepping in when something needs attention

• Carrying out bag checks, screening, and ticket/accreditation checks

• Guiding crowds and helping people move safely through event spaces

• Managing gate and vehicle access with confidence

• Communicating clearly and calmly when situations need de‑escalation

• Making sure every event feels safe, smooth, and enjoyable

• Representing Red Badge Group with pride and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

• A clean criminal record

• Experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or similar (bonus!)

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Eligibility to work in NZ and be 18+

• A current NZ COA security licence, or be eligible to obtain one
