What you’ll be driving:
- Strategic Sales Execution – Build and run repeatable sales strategies that win.
- Market Expansion – Hunt new business across enterprise, government, and infrastructure sectors.
- RFP Leadership – Support our bid writer throughout the tender process.
- Client Partnerships – Build deep relationships that lead to long-term contracts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with ops to ensure delivery matches promise.
- Innovation Advocacy – Bring fresh thinking to a fast-evolving industry.
What you bring:
- Demonstrable experience in solution sales, delivering real customer value with your products/services
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development
- Relentless drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive market
- A strong keenness to learn and grow
- Natural confidence, excellent communication, and closing skills
- Hunger to exceed targets and make things happen
