Are you ready to kickstart a rewarding career in security? Red Badge Group, a proudly New Zealand-owned and operated company, is looking for at least 40 motivated individuals to join our team on a fixed term part time basis for the summer. No security experience? No problem! We provide full training and will support you through the licensing process. This role is primarily based in Auckland CBD with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts at events around Auckland.

• Initiative and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication– both written and verbal, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility – shifts may occur on any day of the week, so adaptability is key

Requirements: 

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Clean criminal conviction record.
• Commitment to maintaining respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
• Must be available to commit to at least 24 hours of shifts per week between 24th November 2025 until either the end of February or March 2026.
