About Us:

• Work across a number of different sites in the region including construction, retail, loss prevention, and more!

• Have set schedule and guaranteed hours each week

• Work either a Thursday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday roster

• Work in your region - sites in either South/Central regions or North/West

• Full time hours and competitive pay rate - paid weekly!

• Fixed term for 6 months with opportunities for permanent work and career development at the end of the contract

Duties can include but aren't limited to:

• Be a friendly and visible security presence, helping create a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

• Manage access to the site, carry out regular security checks, and keep an eye out for any safety issues.

• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, helping to de‑escalate situations while treating everyone with respect.

• Keep accurate records, reporting any incidents or concerns clearly and on time.

• Work closely with your team and site partners to support a safe, inclusive environment for all.

• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.

• No prior security experience is required but is beneficial – full training and support is provided.

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in New Zealand

• Hold, or be able to obtain, a current NZ COA (Certificate of Approval) security licence

• Clean criminal conviction record

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
