We’re looking for a dependable, people‑focused Operations Support team member who can keep our operation running smoothly with strong admin skills, confidence working with people, and the flexibility to support Mobile Patrol one night per week. Based out of our Penrose office, you will be working alongside our office team and on the road with our frontline teams to deliver security services to our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising systems, building process, supporting frontline teams, and stepping into leadership when needed.

These are afternoon/night shifts with the following schedule:

• Wednesday: 2:30pm – midnight

• Thursday: 2:30pm – midnight

• Friday: 8:30pm – 5:00am

• Saturday: 2:30pm – midnight

About the role:

• Update rosters, time and attendance and system information - including scheduling last minute shifts and cover

• Build and update Standard Operating Procedures and help ensure they are followed across our teams

• Provide basic training and guidance to our frontline teams, including delivering toolboxes and completing wellbeing and compliance checks on site

• Support our mobile patrol team one night per week and willingness to support wider team on frontline if required

Who You Are:

• Strong administrative capability and excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator (written and verbal)

• Comfortable supporting and guiding others — even without formal leadership experience

• Able to build relationships with staff and clients

• Tech‑friendly and quick to learn new systems

• Reliable and committed to the exact shift pattern listed

• Willing to learn light operational duties for one patrol night

• Security experience and a Green COA is helpful but absolutely not essential — we will train you.

• Full NZ Driver's license is essential

• Clean criminal history

• Physical capability to perform duties of the role
