Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the operational management of events and venues, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction 

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service delivery 

• Oversee and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence 

 
Preferred Requirements: 

• Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality or events industry at a senior level.  

• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail 

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field 

• Relevant certifications in operations management or event planning 

• Leadership and management training or accreditation
