We are looking for a Operations Coordinator with outstanding people, communication and administrative abilities who will be part of the experienced, high-performing team that provides rostering and administrative support to over 350 front-line security staff across Auckland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising systems, building process, supporting frontline teams, and stepping into leadership when needed. Over time there will be development opportunities to support our teams more operationally with delivering security services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Rostering of permanent employees ensuring personnel requirements are delivered for our clients
Management of leave and sickness coverage for frontline staff
Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
Establish and maintain an outstanding working relationship with employees.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at a high standard
What we require from you:
Flexibility regarding working hours including weekend availability
Clean criminal history and full clean New Zealand driver’s license
Professionalism with a strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise effectively
Strong analytical, problem-solving and efficient decision-making skills
Proven teamwork and leadership skills – ability to maintain discipline and enforce minimum standards
A high standard of written and oral communication
Well-developed computer and administrative knowledge/skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite
Some work experience in the security industry is desirable, however not necessary
