Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join our Christchurch team and play a key role in supporting our growing operation.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating and rostering a large casual workforce.
Providing on-the-ground support in leadership roles, including weekends and nights.
Building strong relationships with staff and motivating them to perform at their best.
Balancing multiple priorities in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
Contributing fresh ideas as we continue our journey of growth.

Computer savvy with strong organisational skills.
A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
Professional, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively.
Skilled at multitasking and thriving under pressure.
A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
A genuine passion for security (desirable).
