About Us

Red Badge Group is a proudly 100% Kiwi-owned and operated organisation providing a full suite of security services, including security guarding, alarm monitoring, mobile patrols, drone surveillance, event security and training services.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist event guests

  • Check tickets, bags and accreditations

  • Help manage crowds and event access points

  • Provide great customer service

  • Support a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending

  • Handle situations calmly and professionally

No two shifts are the same, and you'll be right in the middle of the action.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and good communication skills

  • Reliability and professionalism

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • A clean criminal record

  • Must be 18+ and legally entitled to work in New Zealand

  • Current COA Licence or eligibility to obtain one (we can help you obtain this)

  • Experience in security, hospitality, retail, customer service or events is a bonus, but not essential.
