Are you an experienced Security Officer looking for variety and flexibility?

Red Badge Group is seeking experienced security professionals to join our Tauranga team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to different environments, and is willing to step into a range of security assignments as operational requirements change.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple sites and contracts, supporting our operations where you're needed most.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on operational needs, your duties may include:

• Static guarding

• Customer service and reception duties

• Access control and visitor management

• Incident response and reporting

• Supporting site supervisors and operational teams

• Providing cover across a variety of Tauranga locations

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous security industry experience (or similar field).

• A current Certificate of Approval (COA)

• A full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence

• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• A high level of reliability and punctuality

Availability Requirements

This is a genuine flexible deployment position, so applicants must be:

• Fully available across all days of the week

• Available to work both day and night shifts

• Comfortable working a variety of shift lengths and start times

• Able to travel between sites as required

• Flexible to respond to changing operational requirements
